Agile Manpower Services Co., Ltd was established in 2013 and is located in Yangon, Myanmar Our traditional business model is based on the human resource and finding the suitable job for the labour and seafarers.
Agile Manpower Services Co., Ltd started the land labour recruiting from 2013 till now.
Our philosophy is to work in partnership with our clients to create crewing and staffing solutions that help to achieve organizational goals, In serving the needs of the shipowners, managers or labour service providers, Operators, we have the expertise, resources and means to meet our client's need in seafarer and labour management.

Thailand Labour Market Project
We intentionally approached to start recruiting labour supply for the Thai Labour market in 2017 as a new project.
Hopefully we can provide minimum 700 labour supply per month to Thailand once we start this project.

Our Founder and Managing Director, Mr.Aung Nyunt Hlaing, walks the talk because he has the first-hand experience of working overseas before setting up Agile. She is well aware ofthe nuances that make up a good foreign worker service-beyond just skills, and the right mindset cach worker must possess before working overseas. All these knowledge are incorporated in our structured training and hands-on mentoring programme.
